Responsible drinking
We are, of course, delighted if people want to drink our beers and enjoy a pint or two. Please remember, however, that excessive drinking can lead to poor health. We recommend that everybody sticks to government guidelines of a maximum of 14 units per week for women and 21 units per week for men. A unit is about half a pint.

Remember also, that while having a drink or two can be a pleasant experience, alcohol can dull your reactions so we advise that you do not drink if you are driving or operating any form of machinery.

Finally, we think of drinking beer is a convivial, friendly past-time and are hope that our customers follow this philosophy by remembering traditional values of courtesy and consideration for others at the end of an evening.
